An essential activity to our museum is the gathering of as many family histories as possible from our current and past pioneer families. We now have 400 current family histories in our file. The questionaire these 400 families have completed will make it possible for genealogy research in the future, and will provide insight into the lives of our local citizens, both yesteryear and today.

To receive a copy of the family history questionaire, click on "Family History Questionaire," (below), complete the form, and mail it to: Family History Project, Stone Lake Area Historical Society, PO Box 35, Stone Lake, WI 54876. You will then be added to our data base so anyone coming to our museum to research your family will be able to read whatever information you have provided.
