STONE LAKE AREA HISTORICAL SOCIETY MISSION STATEMENT:

Our purpose shall be exclusively educational and specifically to collect and preserve records and objects related to the history of the Stone Lake area of Sawyer County and Washburn County, Wisconsin.

We shall operate a museum in cooperation with the Wisconsin Historical Society and/or other organizations, agencies, or municipalities and shall keep proper records for the protection of the interests of our donors and contributors.
